MAMA CLARA
Mama Clara was making homemade, slow-churned, premium ice cream since she was a little girl when her mom taught her. When she grew up she would tell us grand kids to pull out the ice cream maker and hang around because we was gonna have to crank it. We knew that a treat was coming for all of our effort. We use EST 1908 because that's the year Mrs Clara was born to pay homage to her. With her recipes we make the best homemade ice cream and ices in the shop most days during the week, so stop by, have some samples, get a scoop or two, and ask us what we're making!
